Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only if the product is:
- Damaged or defective
- Incorrect item delivered
- Not as described
Conditions
- You must raise a return/refund request within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The item should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- A video of unboxing is mandatory in case of damage claims.
Non-Refundable Items
- Innerwear, socks, accessories, customized products, or items bought on clearance/sale are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Method
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
