Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is:
    • Damaged or defective
    • Incorrect item delivered
    • Not as described

Conditions

  • You must raise a return/refund request within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The item should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • A video of unboxing is mandatory in case of damage claims.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, accessories, customized products, or items bought on clearance/sale are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Method

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
